Philipp Sander

Speaker of the Executive board

Philipp is president of the board and one of ten members of the executive board of the Just-Faster group and acting as their speaker. As of 2023, he overseas the strategic direction and corporate development of the company making sure that the group members ChainBreak, QPES, Fortuna-Services and Cirro Cloud Solutions are able to focus on selling and integrating business to business software projects as much as developing and provisioning public Cloud service. Philipp's drive for innovation combined with a dedication to business excellence and customer satisfaction, led him to successfully develop the company to become the trusted corporate center for all its group members.
Before acting as the speaker of the executive board of the Just-Faster group, Philipp was managing business development, marketing and sales teams in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide as much as being a founder, co-founder, general manager, shareholder and board member of various start-up and scale-up companies. As of 2007, Philipp was also founder and speaker of the executive board of QPES, an OpenText and SAP solutions as much as Cloud services focused systems integrator, was also founder and speaker of the executive board of Fortuna-Service, a ServiceNow system integrator and computational method advisory firm and speaker of the executive board of Cirro Cloud Solutions, a public Cloud service providing company.

Brigitte is board member and one of ten members of the executive board of the Just-Faster group and acting as the group chief financial officer. As of 2023, she is responsible for leading the company’s group-wide finance organization, including business operations, acquisitions, treasury, tax planning, accounting and reporting and internal audit making sure that the group members ChainBreak, QPES, Fortuna-Services and Cirro Cloud Solutions are able to focus on their solution and Cloud service related activities. Brigitte's drive for forward-looking financial planning combined with her skillful dealings with banks, trustees and government agencies are a guarantee that both the Group and all Group members will be soundly financed, investment opportunities identified and audit requirements met.
Before acting as a member of the executive board of the Just-Faster group, Brigitte was member of the management of the biggest health insurance company in Switzerland and later on acting as a self-employed trusted advisor to the health insurance and health insurance focused software supplier market. As of 2007, Brigitte is the chief financial officer of QPES, an OpenText and SAP solutions as much as Cloud services focused systems integrator and is also board member and member of the executive board of Fortuna-Service, a ServiceNow system integrator and computational method advisory firm.
