Our companies
QPES, Cirro and Fortuna-Services: what each of the three delivers, and which entity holds the contract.
Just-Faster Group
The holding, established 2022.
One agreement, with delivery responsibilities per company set out in the schedule.

QPES
OpenText and SAP. The oldest company in the group.
Builds, integrates and operates information management and document process platforms on OpenText and SAP, and on nothing else. Delivers the information governance, document and process automation, and much of the managed operations work, and develops its own solutions on top of both platforms. Delivery reach includes the Skopje centre (since 2017) and Romania (since 2020).

Cirro
Solutions the group builds itself.
A growing portfolio of ready-made solutions, developed in the group or about to be completed, in several families. Integration and migration is the best known of them: an integration suite connecting ERP, CRM and HR platforms to content systems so that data stops being keyed in twice, and a migration suite that moves existing estates, on-premise ones included, to cloud without a single cutover event.

Fortuna-Services
ServiceNow and IBM.
Service management on ServiceNow and IBM. Delivers projects directly, and also acts as a nearshore delivery partner for other consultancies across DACH, Benelux, the UK and Ireland. That second relationship is disclosed rather than hidden: if you are a consultancy, we may already be delivering behind one of your competitors, and you should know that before you engage us.
How it came about
The group formed around QPES. The remaining companies were founded or co-founded to cover work QPES was being asked for and was not the right vehicle to deliver: cloud integration and migration products, service management, and strategy work that has to happen before any software is chosen.
Mid-2000s
Philipp Sander founds QPES, a consulting and systems integration business, and builds it into one of the largest extended consulting workbenches in its field.
2014
QPES repositions around enterprise systems integration and cloud architecture.
2017
Delivery centre established in Skopje, North Macedonia.
2020
Delivery centre established in Romania.
2022
The holding group is established, with Philipp as Speaker of the Executive Board.
What holds it together
Not a shared technology stack. The companies deliberately run on different ones. What is shared is a way of working.
Obligations mapped before systems are chosen.
Changes made incrementally and reversibly.
Evidence produced as a by-product of delivery rather than assembled afterwards.
The commercial expression of that is a single contract with stated delivery responsibilities per company, rather than a prime-contractor arrangement where you carry the coordination risk.
One conversation usually settles which of the companies your work sits with, and whether one agreement with the group or a direct contract fits it better.
