Who is responsible

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company and message. When you apply for a role, we additionally collect the documents you submit, such as your CV, and any links you provide. The website does not store these documents. It sends them by email to the person in charge of recruitment. In both cases you decide what you send us; we ask only for what we need to respond.
Whenever you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and request metadata. We use this to deliver the site, to protect it against abuse, and to rate-limit automated traffic. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots; it does this without showing you a puzzle and without building an advertising profile.
To understand how the site is used, we rely on two kinds of measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies, without fingerprinting and without following you across sites; it needs no consent because it identifies nobody. Google Analytics, which does use cookies, runs only if you allow it in the banner, and until you choose, nothing from Google is loaded at all. You can decline without losing anything.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to provide services you request, and to run our recruitment process. We use technical data to operate and secure the site. We use analytics data to understand what works on the site and improve it. We send marketing communications only if you have opted in to receive them, and every such email contains a working unsubscribe link.
Our legal bases are your consent (analytics, marketing), the performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before one (enquiries, applications), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.
The services behind this site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the bot protection on our forms. Form submissions, application documents and confirmations are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. Usage statistics are provided by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements, and some of them process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by recognised standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We disclose it beyond the providers above only where the law requires it or where you ask us to.
Cookies
The site itself works without cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics sets none either. Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise returning visitors and measure usage; these are set only after you consent in the banner. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. To change it, or to withdraw consent, delete this site’s browser data and the banner will ask again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains fully usable without them.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, and we put numbers on that rather than leaving it open. Contact enquiries and the correspondence they lead to are deleted twelve months after the last exchange, unless the enquiry has become a client relationship with its own contractual retention. Application documents are deleted six months after the recruitment process for the role has closed, unless you agree we may keep them for future openings. Technical logs are kept for a short, rolling window.
How we protect it
All traffic to the site is encrypted, access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it, and we apply the same governance discipline to our own information that we advise for our clients. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat that as a reason for restraint in what we collect at all.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or hand over that data, to restrict how we use it, or to stop using it altogether. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent with effect for the future. Write to info@just-faster.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where the GDPR applies, to your local supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site or the services behind it change, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened. Significant changes will be visible here rather than announced anywhere else, so check back occasionally.
