Case studies
Delivered work with measured results, and a stated method for how each figure in it was derived.
Every case study here follows the same structure: the situation before, the problem, the measured result, and how those figures were derived.
The methodology note is not decoration. A percentage improvement with no measurement window and no baseline definition cannot be assessed by a reader, and we would rather publish fewer cases than publish unassessable ones.
Client names appear only where written approval exists. Where a client permits the work to be described but not identified, the case is published under a sector descriptor instead of a name.
Case studies
Case studies are being prepared for publication. Each one requires written client approval and a stated measurement method before it appears here.
